These terms apply to online food orders placed with Thai Thai Authentic Foods, 2a Grove Avenue, New Costessey, Norwich, NR5 0HN.
Orders and availability
Check your basket and contact details before continuing to secure payment. We may need to decline or amend an order if an item is unavailable, a price has changed, the kitchen is closed, or delivery is outside our area. We will contact you where possible. Your order reaches our kitchen after online payment succeeds.
Collection and delivery
Please check the selected collection or delivery method and address. Any time shown is an estimate and can change with kitchen demand, traffic or weather. For delivery, someone should be available to receive the food.
Prices, payment and promotions
Prices and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling before you pay. Promotions apply only when their stated conditions are met. Online card payments are handled by Stripe. If there is a problem with an order or payment, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy. Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. An order note alone is not enough for important allergy instructions.
Marketing emails
When you complete an order, we may email you about our own similar food and offers unless you choose “No marketing emails, thanks” at checkout or later unsubscribe. This choice does not affect your order. You may also subscribe separately using our website form and confirmation link. Every marketing email offers an unsubscribe option. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Workplace lunch offers
Workplace lunches show the dish, allergens, delivery date/window and price per meal including delivery. Choose your quantity and review your total before confirming. A Pay later order is confirmed on submission and payment is due on delivery. A Pay now order is confirmed after successful online payment. Meals are limited; an unfinished card checkout temporarily reserves capacity and is released when the checkout expires. A personal offer link permits one confirmed response and closes at the stated deadline. Contact us promptly with your order reference if you need to change or cancel a lunch order.
Joining workplace lunch emails is a separate choice. You confirm your email before joining and can unsubscribe through any lunch offer. Unsubscribing stops offers and does not cancel food you have already ordered.
