Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected food. We may need to decline or amend an order where an item is unavailable, a price has changed, the kitchen is closed, or delivery is outside our delivery area. We will contact you using the details you provide where possible.

Collection and delivery

Please check your collection time and delivery address before confirming. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic, and kitchen demand. For delivery orders, someone must be available to receive the order.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices and delivery charges are in pounds sterling and may change before an order is placed. Payment options shown at checkout apply to the selected collection or delivery method. Valid promotions are applied according to their stated conditions.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Important: Our kitchen handles ingredients including nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and other allergens. Tell us about allergies before ordering and contact us directly if you need allergen information. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Problems with an order

If there is a problem, contact Thai Thai as soon as possible with your order reference so that we can investigate and help.
